1st Health 8 in 1 Coffee : A Healthy Choice

1st Health 8 in 1 Coffee
A Healthy Choice

I am a home-based Virtual assistant and blogger who stays up late at night and working almost 16 to 18 hours a day, I always look for coffee to boost my energy while working. Others take coffee to keep them awake and be able to do their jobs in front of the computer or other similar job that requires them to stay awake at night. Are you the same person that craves for coffee? And cannot work wide awake if they don’t take a cup or two or coffee? Most of you will say that we are coffee addicts! I know you can relate with this. But are you aware that most coffee is not healthy and got lots of caffeine contents?

Nowadays, having coffee is not just to keep you awake, but also for socialization. You can find teenagers on coffee shops while they study, or young professionals doing their work at the coffee shop. A lot of coffee shop offers more caffeine content on their coffee. Also there are different types and compositions on “instant coffee.” There is 3-in-1 coffee (coffee, creamer and sugar); 4-in-1, 5-in-1, and as much as 13-in-1(that has a lot of other contents that promises health benefits!)

Are you aware of the harmful effects of too much caffeine intake? Studies say that up to 400 milligrams (mg) of caffeine a day appears to be safe for most healthy adults. That's roughly the amount of caffeine in four cups of brewed coffee, 10 cans of cola or two "energy shot" drinks. Although caffeine use may be safe for adults, it's not a good idea for children. And adolescents should limit themselves to no more than 100 mg of caffeine a day. Even among adults, heavy caffeine use can cause unpleasant side effects. And caffeine may not be a good choice for people who are highly sensitive to its effects or who take certain medications.

Heavy daily caffeine use — more than 500 to 600 mg a day — may cause side effects such as:

  • Insomnia
  • Nervousness
  • Restlessness
  • Irritability
  • Stomach upset
  • Fast heartbeat
  • Muscle tremors

When I learned about this, I am more mindful of my caffeine intake. Now there’s a product that was introduced to me by my friend. The 1st Health 8 in 1 coffee. At first I was so hesitant as I thought it was just like any instant coffee. When I browsed on the label it says that that it has the following contents: Agaricus Mushroom, Tongkat Ali, Ginkgo Biloba, Calcium Carbonate, Omega 3, Arabica Coffee, Non-Dairy Creamer. So okay I tried and see the difference from other instant coffee.

It was my 2nd day taking 8-in-1 coffee when I felt that I am not tired at all, not even my eyes. Before I felt too tired and idea wasn’t coming out. So exhausted with long hours of work that a lot of times, I wasn’t able to take care of my kids well because my brain is tired. But now, my mind is always alert and I am not feeling restless. I can even look after my kids and have bonding with them even after long hours of work. 1st Health 8-in-1 coffee tastes good and I love the aroma. I’ve searched for answer how did that happen. And these are the answers that I’ve got:

Health 1st 8-in-1 Coffee is a food supplement from premium Arabica beans roasted to perfection and combines the wonders of Agaricus Mushroom (known to treat cancer, diabetes, high cholesterol etc.) Tongkat Ali (increases testosterone in the blood), Ginkgo Biloba (which is good for the brain), Omega 3 (good for the heart so that your heart will not palpitate), Calcium Carbonate, mixed with non-dairy creamer and natural sugar. Omega 3 DHA is proven to reduce the risk of cardiovascular diseases. All these help prevent, if not eradicate, occurrence of most common diseases towards a healthy and vigorous lifestyle. So this really proved to be so beneficial and healthy! Truly, this is a healthy choice!
