My home made S'MORES Cake

Inspired by different pastry shops, I've come up with my personal version of S'mores cake for my kids. This recipe is very simple. Your kids can also help you do this for their snack or dessert. The ingredients are easy to find in major groceries. Let me teach you how to do it.

Ingredients:
1 pack Graham crackers (crushed)
1 stick unsalted Butter
Semi sweet chocolate chips
Peanut butter
Big marshmallows
Caramel syrup (or chocolate)

Procedure:
Soften the butter using a spoon, gradually add the crushed graham crackers. Combine evenly until the crushed grahams are completely moistened by the butter. Grab a baking pan, line with aluminum foil. Press the prepared graham/butter mixture until even on pan. Now we are ready to make the layers. Pour semi sweet chocolate chips (spread all over the graham mixture), next is the peanut butter (spread on top of chocolate chips). When done, arrange the big marshmallows on top of the peanut butter. Fill the pan with marshmallows until it was completely covered. Drizzle the marshmallows with caramel syrup (or you can also substitute chocolate syrup). Lastly, preheat the oven for 3-5 minutes under 250 degrees. Put the pan inside the oven for 15-20 minutes until the marshmallows doubled its size. After 15 minutes, take out the pan (be careful). Let it cool and you can slice it. There you go, we have our easy S'mores cake! Perfect with coffee or frappe.
